Explore the vibrant beauty of La Palma's seabed on our Fuencaliente Snorkelling Activity. You'll see hundreds of fish and remnants of lava flows from the Teneguía volcano's last eruption.

Fuencaliente Snorkelling Activity

At 10 am, we'll meet at a diving school on José Torres Hernández Street in Fuencaliente. After introductions, you'll drive to the beach in Southwest La Palma with the guide.

Upon arrival, we'll put on our wetsuits and review safety rules for the activity. We'll equip ourselves with flippers, snorkels, and goggles and enter the water to explore the seabed.

We will spend 1 hour observing the underwater life off the coast of Fuencaliente. This hour includes sightings of fish such as Mediterranean parrotfish, dreamfish, white seabream, seabass, and barracuda. Additionally, we will view solidified lava from the Teneguía volcano's 1971 eruption.

At 12 noon, we will conclude our activity on Malpique Beach. If you wish to continue snorkelling, you may use the equipment until 3 pm.
