Join us on an excursion to the Alhambra of Granada, one of Europe's prominent historical monuments. We'll travel from Fuengirola to admire the Andalusian architecture of this World Heritage Site.

Description

At the designated time, we'll pick you up in Fuengirola and board the bus to Granada, approximately 150 kilometers (93 miles) away. In Granada, we will appreciate the prominent Nasrid or Arab legacy evident as you stroll through the narrow cobblestone streets. We will visit the Alhambra, the most visited monument in Spain.

Before entering the palace complex, you'll have three hours of free time to explore Granada independently. Key sites include the Plaza Nueva, Torre de la Vela, and Paseo de los Tristes.

Upon arrival at the Alhambra, you will see how the Arab essence has been preserved since the 13th century. The tour includes the Alcazaba, the oldest part of the Alhambra, along with the Medina, Palace of Charles V, and Generalife Gardens. Following the tour, we will return to the bus to head back to Fuengirola, completing the trip after a total of 10 hours.

Alhambra + Nasrid Palaces

You can enhance your visit by adding a ticket for the guided tour of the Nasrid Palaces. This includes access to other areas like the courtyard of the Lions and Palace of Comares, while the Alcazaba will not be included in this option.

Itinerary changes

Due to availability changes, the itinerary may be reversed; we might visit the Alhambra complex first, followed by free time in central Granada.
