Heras Cordon Winery Tour

Meeting will occur at the entrance of the Heras Cordón Winery, where the guided tour of the vineyard facilities will begin. The winery's origins date back to the 19th century, initially serving local families. Over time, it expanded significantly, overcoming historical challenges, particularly during the Civil War, leading to substantial commercial growth by the end of the last century. Notable renovations in the 1990s shaped the winery seen today.

During the tour, an expert winemaker will explain the winemaking process, the characteristics of each wine variety, and tasting techniques. Visitors will also see historical elements, including old barrels and a restored door from a monastery in Segovia.

The tour concludes with a wine tasting featuring regional wines, complemented by local products like homemade sausages and cheeses.
