Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel to start our tour of eastern Madeira. Our first stop will be the Terreiro da Luta viewpoint, where we will enjoy a view of the bay of Funchal.
Next, we will visit the village of Faial to see the rock of the eagles, then continue to Santana to admire its famous triangular thatched houses. We will stop at a local restaurant for a meal and then proceed to the Guindaste viewpoint.
The tour continues to Machico, where we will view the large sugar cane terraces along the journey. In Machico, the first capital of Madeira, we will explore its historical heritage and culture.
After this visit, we will go to Ponta de São Lourenço, which offers impressive panoramic views over the north and south sides of the island. Finally, after nearly 8 hours of exploration, we will return to your hotel.
