Funchal Old Town Free Tour

We'll meet at the indicated time in front of the CR7 Museum in Funchal, where we'll begin the free tour around the city's old town. The adventure will start at the Cristiano Ronaldo Museum, located in the footballer's hometown. We'll continue by walking through the harbour area, admiring the coastline and marina.

Next, we'll enter the historic centre and traverse many quaint alleys and cobblestoned streets. This area features significant monuments, notably the Sao Lourenco Fortress, a key example of military architecture from the 16th century.

We will also walk along Avenida do Mar, observing the exterior architecture of the Madeira Assembly and the Puerta de Funchal. As we walk, we will see some of the city's renowned street art murals.
