Madeira Farm Tour

On this tour through the farms of Funchal, we'll experience the landscapes and ways of life in rural Madeira, including the production of the famous Requeijão cheese.

Madeira Farm Tour

At the established time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Madeira and drive towards the interior of the island.

First, we'll visit a banana farm to learn about its planting, cultivation, and harvesting. Next, we’ll move to a factory that produces banana products.

Following this, we will visit a winery for a wine tasting. Afterward, we’ll proceed to a cattle farm to see how the Requeijão da Madeira cheese is made.

The tour continues with another winery and a sugar cane farm. You will then enjoy a traditional Madeiran lunch made from local products at a restaurant.

After lunch, we will return to your hotel in Madeira, arriving about seven hours after pickup.
