After hotel pickup, we will head east to Santo da Serra, a village in Machico known for its market every Sunday, featuring local products like fruit, vegetables, fresh fish, handicrafts, and clothes.

Following the market visit, we will stop at local bars to taste poncha, a typical drink made from lemon, honey, and sugar cane.

Before returning to Funchal, there will be a brief stop at the Portela Viewpoint for views of the Machico Valley and the Atlantic Ocean.

On the way back, we will pass through Santa Cruz to admire its mountainous landscape.

We will arrive in Funchal at approximately 1 pm.
