Get an adrenaline rush by river bugging down the Espolón River! This fun watersport consists of going through the rapids in an individual inflatable boat and using fin-shaped gloves to guide you.

Espolón River Bugging

At 10 am, we'll depart from Futaleufú to the banks of the Espolón River, one of the main riverbeds in this area of Chilean Patagonia.

Upon arrival, you'll receive a short safety briefing. We'll provide helmets, vests, and other necessary equipment for the activity.

River bugging consists of navigating the rapids in an individual inflatable boat using fin-shaped gloves for propulsion. The activity will take place in sections of the Espolón River featuring class II and III rapids, which are of intermediate difficulty. The 1.5-hour route offers picturesque views of the Patagonian province of Palena within the Los Lagos region.

After completing the activity, participants will enjoy a snack of local products before returning, arriving back in Futaleufú at 1 pm.
