Tour Details

Day 1: Baltra, Santa Cruz, & Isabela

Upon arrival at Isla Baltra Airport, transfer to a ferry for a 1-hour journey to Santa Cruz, followed by another 2.5-hour ferry to Isabela Island. After settling in at the hotel, the rest of the day is free for exploration and dining.

Day 2: Isabela - Las Tintoreras Islet - Isabela

Visit the wetlands of Isabela Island after breakfast, spotting native species including flamingos. In the afternoon, take a 10-minute boat ride to Las Tintoreras Islet to observe blue sharks and marine iguanas. Return to the hotel for the evening.

Day 3: Isabela - Santa Cruz

Return to Santa Cruz on a 2.5-hour ferry. After settling in, visit the Charles Darwin Research Station to learn about conservation efforts and see giant tortoises. Dinner options include the hotel or local restaurants.

Day 4: Santa Cruz

After breakfast, walk to Tortuga Bay beach, a sanctuary for iguanas and turtles. In the afternoon, explore the Santa Cruz highlands, including giant tortoises and lava tunnels. Return to the hotel for rest.

Day 5: Santa Cruz - San Cristóbal

Early ferry to San Cristóbal Island. Settle in and visit La Lobería beach to see sea lions and native birds. Enjoy dinner at a local spot or in the hotel.

Day 6: San Cristóbal

Visit the San Cristóbal Interpretation Centre, then hike to Cerro Tijeras for views and birdwatching. Relax at Mann Beach before returning to your accommodation for the evening.

Day 7: San Cristóbal

Enjoy free time after breakfast before being taken to San Cristóbal Airport for departure.

Tour Schedules

The ferry from Santa Cruz to Isabela departs at 7 am and 3 pm. Arrive at the ferry dock 30 minutes prior; flights must land in Baltra before 1 pm for the 3 pm ferry. On the last day, pickup for the airport is 3 hours before your flight.
