Discover the stunning volcanic landscapes of Bartolomé Island and immerse yourself in the unique geological features of one of the most breathtaking islands in the Galapagos archipelago.

Tour Overview

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Puerto Ayora at the scheduled time. From there, we'll proceed to the pier at the Itabaca Channel, where a yacht awaits to take us to one of the most iconic destinations in the Galapagos: Bartolomé Island.

As we journey over the next two and a half hours, a hearty breakfast will be served to energize you for the day ahead. Upon our arrival, we'll embark on a trek to the summit of the dormant volcano, where you can soak in the breathtaking views from the peak.

While descending, we will encounter the distinct lava formations that define Bartolomé Island's scenery, including the renowned Pinnacle Rock. Keep watch, as you may also catch sight of small penguins and sea lions in their natural habitat!

Afterward, subject to daily permits issued by local authorities, we will anchor at either Playa Dorada or Sullivan Bay. Following this, a satisfying lunch featuring rice and fish will be provided, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Finally, we will board the yacht for our return journey to Puerto Ayora, concluding with a drop-off at your hotel after this enriching 10-hour excursion.
