Craving a taste of Galapagos cuisine? Join our cooking class on Santa Cruz Island to learn traditional dishes from this unique region.

Cooking Class on Santa Cruz Island

We will pick you up from your Santa Cruz Island hotel and take you to the Galapagos Frontier Reserve. Upon arrival, we will explore trails of lava tunnels and see giant Galapagos tortoises. You will also pick fresh fruits and vegetables from organic gardens for an enhanced experience.

After harvesting, we will proceed to the reserve's kitchen to prepare a traditional Galapagos menu with guidance from a local chef. Participants will learn to make a starter, main course, and dessert.

Following cooking, we will enjoy our traditional lunch, featuring the dishes we prepared. We will return to your hotel after 4 hours of activity.
