Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel on Santa Cruz Island and drive to the Itabaca Channel. There, we'll take a ferry to Baltra Island.
Once we arrive, we'll take a 35-minute yacht ride to North Seymour Island. On this volcanic islet, we'll spot colonies of frigate birds, gulls, and blue-footed boobies, with opportunities to observe their unique mating rituals during the mating season. The area contains palo santo trees, along with regions of cactus and salt bushes. We may also spot the endemic Galapagos iguana and sea lions on the other side of the island.
Later, we'll enjoy a traditional lunch on the beach or on the boat, featuring rice and fish. After lunch, we will sail back to the north coast of Santa Cruz Island and disembark at Las Bachas beach. You will have about 40 minutes of free time to snorkel in the crystal clear waters, where you can spot sea turtles, starfish, and reef sharks.
Finally, we will return to your hotel on Santa Cruz Island, concluding this 7-hour activity.
