Tour Details
At the designated time, we will pick you up at your hotel on Santa Cruz Island and drive to the Itabaca Channel, where we will take a ferry to Baltra Island.
Upon arrival, we will embark on a 35-minute yacht ride to North Seymour Island. This volcanic islet hosts colonies of frigate birds, gulls, and blue-footed boobies. If it is mating season, we will observe their rituals.
The area features palo santo trees and various cacti and salt bushes. As we explore, we may encounter the endemic Galapagos iguana. On the opposite side of the island, sea lions can also be spotted.
Later, we will have a traditional lunch on the beach or on the boat, consisting of rice and fish. After lunch, we will sail back to the north coast of Santa Cruz Island, disembarking at Las Bachas beach. You will have approximately 40 minutes of free time to snorkel in the clear waters, where you may find sea turtles, starfish, and reef sharks.
Finally, we will return by road to your hotel on Santa Cruz Island, concluding this 8-hour activity.
