Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you from your hotel in Santa Cruz Island. We will begin with a 40-minute walk through the forest to Tortuga Bay. The peaceful Playa Mansa Beach is nearby, where you can relax on the soft white sand, sunbathe, swim, or have lunch at your leisure.

We will regroup at 1:45 pm at the Santa Cruz pier to board a boat exploring Tortuga Bay's surroundings. The trip will take us to Punta Estrada to admire seabirds. Afterward, you will have free time to swim and snorkel. We will continue to Los Perros beach, known for the largest number of marine iguanas on Santa Cruz.

Next, we’ll stop at a lookout to observe white-finned sharks. The tour proceeds to Canal del Amor, a natural fissure with turquoise waters. Finally, we will visit the crevices on foot, a rock formation perfect for swimming and snorkeling with sea lions before returning to the starting point, concluding the excursion 8 hours later.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup and drop-off at the hotels in the pier area of Santa Cruz Island. If your hotel is in a less accessible area or in the higher parts of the island, you will need to go to the Santa Cruz pier.
