Huge marine iguanas, giant tortoises, sea lions, beautiful beaches and incredibly diverse ecosystems... Discover why the Galapagos are known as the Enchanted Islands.
Tortuga Bay Galapagos Day Trip
Join us on a day trip to Tortuga Bay and explore the nature of the Galapagos Islands. We will pick you up from your accommodation in Santa Cruz Island and start with a 40-minute walk through the forest to Tortuga Bay.
At Playa Mansa Beach, you can relax on the sand, sunbathe, or swim. Lunch is on your own schedule. At around 2 pm, regroup at the Tortuga Bay dock to board a boat for an exploration of the bay's surroundings. An initial stop will be at La Lobería, where you can swim and snorkel with sea lions.
The cruise continues to the Tunnel of Love, featuring turquoise waters flowing through rock formations. A viewpoint at the end may provide sightings of oceanic white-tip sharks. Next, we will visit Playa de los Perros Beach, known for its abundance of marine iguanas, followed by a stop at a small beach at Punta Estrada.
After an 8-hour adventure, we’ll return you to your hotel.
