Do you know the province of Lecce? In this bike tour through Alezio, Tuglie and Porto Selvaggio, we'll cycle through three of the most beautiful towns in the region of Apulia, in the south of Italy.

Pedal Your Way Through the Lecce Region

We'll meet at the designated time in front of the Gallipoli train station. After familiarizing ourselves with the route, we'll begin our cycling journey through Lecce. This province in the Apulia region of southern Italy is home to charming towns that will leave a lasting impression, and we'll explore three of the most remarkable ones.

As we leave Gallipoli behind, we'll cycle east for about half an hour until we reach Alezio. In this village, we’ll make our first stop at a local dairy factory for a tasting of various dairy products.

Following the tasting, we'll continue pedaling towards Tuglie, passing by the Radio Museum and the Museum of Rural Civilization while learning interesting facts and stories about their collections.

Next, we'll ride towards the Natural Reserve of Porto Selvaggio. Here, we can enjoy a refreshing dip in its waters and take a break under the shade of a beautiful pine forest. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic for a relaxing rest.

After lunch, we'll resume our ride through the coastal town of Santa Caterina before making our way back to the meeting point in Gallipoli, concluding this 8-hour tour.
