What to Expect

On the morning of the activity, we'll collect you from Kinlay Hostel in Galway's city centre. By bus, we'll head south along the Wild Atlantic Way, passing through villages such as Clarenbridge, Kilcogan, Ballindereen and Ballyvaughan, which are home to various medieval ruins and traditional Irish legends.

The Cliffs of Moher

Our first stop will be at the iconic Cliffs of Moher, over 8 kilometres (5 miles) in length and 210 metres (688 feet) tall. These cliffs are one of the most remarkable natural landmarks in Ireland. Look out for local birds like cormorants and puffins!

The Aran Islands: Inisheer

After enjoying the views, we'll proceed to Doolin and take a ferry to Inisheer, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Dolphins are often sighted in these waters. Upon arrival, you'll explore at your own pace, including the ruins of St. Cavan's Church from the 10th century and the Plassey shipwreck.

After exploring the island, we'll return to the mainland, enjoying another perspective of the Cliffs of Moher. You will have an hour of free time to explore the summit before concluding the tour and heading back to Galway after a 10-hour activity.
