Discover fairytale landscapes in one of the most beautiful areas of the Emerald Isle on this day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and Dunguaire Castle from Galway.
Discover Ireland's most famous cliffs & more!
On this guided day trip to the Cliffs of Moher and Dunguaire Castle, we will explore the natural landscapes of the west coast of Ireland while traveling south from Galway on the Wild Atlantic Way, passing through historic harbours, traditional farms, and medieval ruins.
Dunguaire Castle
Meeting at 9:30 am, our first stop will be Dunguaire Castle, a renowned 16th-century fortress located on the shores of Galway Bay. Its iconic status is confirmed by its frequent appearance in photographs.
Burren National Park
Next, we will visit Burren National Park, known for its unique rock formations alongside native plant life. Highlights include Corcomroe Abbey, Black Head Lighthouse, and Fanore Beach. Afterward, we will head to the town of Doolin for some free time to have lunch.
The Cliffs of Moher
Our last stop will be the UNESCO-listed Cliffs of Moher, where we will spend 2 hours to walk, explore, and take photos of these remarkable coastal rock formations.
After the tour, we will return to Galway, arriving between 5 pm and 5:30 pm.
