At the time of your choice, we will meet you at the Riosequillo reservoir to hand over the kayaks. Before you start paddling, we will provide practical advice on how to paddle correctly in these boats.

You can use an individual kayak or opt for a double kayak or one with up to three seats if you prefer to share with a partner, friend, or family member.

Located just 80 kilometres (50 miles) from the centre of Madrid and close to Pinilla de Buitrago, the Riosequillo reservoir is a popular recreational spot in the Lozoya valley. Inaugurated in the mid-1950s, it collects the waters of the Lozoya River within the Sierra de Guadarrama Nature Reserve, known for its biodiversity and beauty.

While paddling, you will experience the peaceful atmosphere of the area, with opportunities to see storks, kites, ducks, and other birds. The banks of the reservoir also host ferrets that feed on crabs.

After an hour's hire, you will need to return the kayaks to the starting point. See you next time!
