Unveil the treasures of Gdansk

Gather at the Brama Wy?ynna gate at the specified time to commence our remarkable exploration of the historical highlights of Gdansk.

We will begin our adventure with a minibus ride to the charming town of Malbork. Once we arrive, get ready to delve into the majestic Malbork Castle, a medieval fortress designated as a World Heritage Site since 1997. Spend approximately three hours discovering its storied past, while an English audio guide reveals fascinating narratives, from the siege following the Battle of Grunwald to the circumstances during the Thirteen Years' War.

After our thorough exploration, we will regroup and head back to Gdansk, where you'll have an hour of free time for lunch before we set off on a tour of the old town. We will trace the Royal Route, a historic pathway notable for the parades and ceremonial entries of Polish kings throughout the Middle Ages.

Following that, our visit will include the Amber Museum, which once served as a site for torture and imprisonment. We'll traverse through the Golden Gate Arch and admire unique late Renaissance architecture. As we stroll down Long Street, you will encounter iconic sights such as the Golden House, Neptune's Fountain, the Town Hall, and the Court of Artus—a significant structure rooted in the legend of the Knights of the Round Table.

As we make our way to the Vistula River, we'll take a moment to appreciate the medieval Gdansk Crane, a striking edifice dating back to the 14th century. You'll be able to marvel at the Basilica of Our Lady, renowned as the largest brick church in the world. To conclude our journey, we'll stop at the Great Armory, taking in its exquisite Dutch Mannerist style and intricate facade details, including the statue of Minerva.

We expect to return to the starting point in Gdansk after approximately 8.5 to 9 hours.
