Chamonix + Aiguille du Midi Day Trip

We will meet at the Geneva bus station to start our journey south. Leaving Switzerland, we will cross into France to reach the charming Alpine town of Chamonix, located at the feet of Mont Blanc. We will take a walking tour through Chamonix, visiting iconic landmarks such as St. Michael's Church and the Jacques Balmat statue, the first mountaineer to summit Mont Blanc.

After the walking tour, you will have approximately 4 hours of free time to explore the town and enjoy a meal. During this period, you will receive your ticket to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. From the summit, you will have access to panoramic views of the French Alps. Depending on the weather, your cable car ticket may also grant access to the "Step Into the Void," a glass-bottomed terrace at 1,000 meters (3,280 feet) in the air.

We will reconvene in Chamonix for our return trip to Switzerland, arriving back in Geneva around 9.5 hours later.
