Why visit the Biosphere?
The Biosfera, or Biosphere, is one of the undisputed icons of Genoa and a staple in the city's skyline. This ticket will give you access to this monument, also known as La Bolla, or 'the bubble.' This glass sphere located in Genoa's Porto Antico houses a zoo and a tropical garden. You'll explore various plants and animals in this intriguing enclave. Inside, you will find a recreation of a small jungle inhabited by butterflies, iguanas, and up to 150 types of tropical plants, such as ferns, banana trees, and rubber trees.
