Welcome to the capital of Liguria! On this free tour of Genoa, we'll visit the historic centre of one of the most stunning cities in Italy.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll begin this free tour of Genoa from Piazza San Lorenzo in front of the cathedral steps.

We will first admire the Romanesque and Gothic architecture of the church before walking to the Ducal Palace of Genoa to learn about its historical significance. Then, we'll proceed to Piazza Raffaele de Ferrari.

The tour continues towards the facade of the Carlo Felice Theatre, home of the Genoa Opera, where we will explore its history. Afterward, we will stroll along Via Garibaldi, observing the main palaces, including the Palazzo Rosso.

We will also visit important religious buildings, including the Basilica of San Siro and the churches of San Luca and San Pietro Banchi.

Finally, we'll pass iconic spots along the Via Degli Orefici and the Piazza Campetto. After 2 hours, we will return to the meeting point to conclude the tour.
