Genoa & Portofino Tour

On this tour of Genoa and Portofino, we'll explore Genoa, the capital of the Liguria region, and visit Portofino, known as the pearl of the Italian Riviera. The tour includes vibrant scenery and a lively harbour.

Description

We'll meet at Piazza Caricamento at the designated time to begin the tour of Genoa. The tour commences at the port of Genoa, where a walking tour through the old town's narrow alleys will take place. This guided tour will highlight prominent monuments and the city's maritime and commercial history.

A lunch break will provide you with some free time before we continue on a bus for a panoramic tour of the Gulf of Tigullio, also known as the Gulf of the Dolphins.

We will stop at Santa Margherita Ligure, a charming fishing village, where we will board a boat bound for Portofino. This seaside town has a history of famous writers and poets.

In Portofino, we will explore its quaint streets filled with souvenir shops and enjoy stunning views of the Ligurian Sea and its fishing port. After visiting Portofino, we will return by boat to Santa Margherita Ligure and then board the bus back to Genoa.

After approximately 8 hours, we will return to the meeting point.
