Genoa & Portofino Tour

On this tour of Genoa and Portofino, we'll explore the capital of the Liguria region and the renowned pearl of the Italian Riviera. You will experience colourful houses, shops, restaurants by the sea, and a vibrant harbour.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Piazza Caricamento to begin the tour of Genoa, discovering key attractions of Liguria's main city.

The tour will commence at the port of Genoa, followed by a walking tour through the old town's narrow alleys. During this guided tour, we will observe notable monuments and learn about the city’s maritime and commercial history.

Afterwards, there will be free time for lunch, after which we will board a bus for a panoramic tour along the Gulf of Tigullio, also called the Gulf of the Dolphins.

We will stop in Santa Margherita Ligure, where we will take a boat to Portofino, known for its association with famous writers and poets.

In Portofino, we will explore its scenic streets filled with souvenir shops, enjoy stunning views of the Ligurian Sea, and appreciate the ambiance of its fishing port.

After the visit, we will return by boat to Santa Margherita Ligure and board the bus back to Genoa.

We will arrive back at the meeting point 8 hours later. We look forward to seeing you again!
