Genoa Street Food Exploration

Our adventure begins at the iconic Monumento a Garibaldi, where we’ll gather to embark on this culinary exploration of Genoa. Are you prepared to indulge in the exquisite flavors of the Ligurian capital? Your palate is in for a treat!

As we meander through the streets of the historic downtown of Genoa, we’ll take in the stunning architecture while diving deep into its rich gastronomy. Numerous local shops and food stalls will offer us a chance to savor genuine Genoese flavors.

At each stop, we’ll sample a variety of local delicacies such as focaccia, handmade pasta, stuffed seafood, along with wine and a selection of desserts! If you're not already eager to taste, you certainly will be!

Throughout the tour, we will unveil the traditions behind many recipes we taste and explore the history and cultural significance associated with the beloved dishes of Genoa's culinary landscape.

After spending 3.5 hours together, our journey will conclude beside the renowned Doge's Palace, where we’ll bid farewell.
