At the indicated time we'll start this gastronomic experience in Genoa at Largo Sandro Pertini, under the Garibaldi Monument. From this central point of the capital of Liguria, we'll take a short walk through the historic centre of Genoa while discovering different local shops. You will have time to buy some local products to taste and get familiar with the area's gastronomy.

We'll continue this walking tour of Genoa at a central wine bar in the city, which may vary according to the season. Here we'll enjoy a tasting of 3 Ligurian wines. We'll learn to differentiate their aromas, nuances, and tastes on the palate, distinguishing the various varieties.

After this Ligurian wine tasting, we'll head to a nearby traditional restaurant in the area. We'll then enjoy an exquisite dinner. The menu includes fresh pasta, quiches, salami, focaccia, and assorted ice creams.

After dinner, we'll conclude this 3-hour gastronomic experience next to the Palazzo Ducale, located in front of the meeting point.
