At the indicated time we'll start this gastronomic experience in Genoa at Largo Sandro Pertini, under the Garibaldi Monument.

From this central point, we'll take a short walk through the historic centre of Genoa, discovering various local shops. Participants will have time to purchase local products to familiarize themselves with the regional gastronomy.

We'll continue this walking tour at a central wine bar in the city, which may change by season. Here, we’ll enjoy a tasting of 3 Ligurian wines, focusing on differentiating their aromas, nuances, and tastes on the palate, while distinguishing the various varieties.

After the wine tasting, we'll proceed to a nearby traditional restaurant. The dinner menu includes fresh pasta, quiches, salami, focaccia, and assorted ice creams.

We will conclude this 3-hour gastronomic experience next to the Palazzo Ducale, located in front of the meeting point.
