At the indicated time we'll start this delicious gastronomic experience in Genoa at Largo Sandro Pertini, under the Garibaldi Monument.

From this central point of the capital of Liguria, we'll take a short walk through the historic centre of Genoa, discovering local shops. You'll have time to buy local products to taste, familiarizing yourself with the area's gastronomy.

Next, we'll continue our walking tour at a central wine bar, which may vary by season. Here, we'll enjoy a tasting of 3 Ligurian wines and learn to differentiate their aromas and tastes.

After the wine tasting, we'll head to a nearby traditional restaurant. The dinner menu includes fresh pasta, quiches, salami, focaccia, and assorted ice creams.
