At the indicated time, we'll start this delicious gastronomic experience in Genoa at Largo Sandro Pertini, under the Garibaldi Monument.

From this central point of the capital of Liguria, we'll take a short walk through the historic centre of Genoa, discovering different local shops. There will be time to buy some local products for tasting, allowing familiarity with the area's gastronomy.

We'll continue this walking tour at a central wine bar in the city, varying according to the season. Here, we'll enjoy a tasting of 3 Ligurian wines, learning to differentiate their aromas, nuances, and tastes.

After the wine tasting, we'll head to a nearby traditional restaurant. We'll delight in an exquisite dinner with a menu including fresh pasta, quiches, salami, focaccia, and assorted ice creams.
