At the indicated time, we'll meet at Graslei, on the banks of Ghent's canals to start this boat tour of the medieval city. During the 40-minute boat ride, you'll explore the historical center of Ghent. We'll see main points of interest, including the Castle of the Counts of Ghent, the old houses on the Graslei and Korenlei quays, the Cathedral of St. Bavo, and the Church of St. Nicholas. You'll also discover stories of the birthplace of Charles V and the importance of the Ghent canals. Other sights include the Belfort Tower and the old fish market. Finally, we'll return to the departure pier.
