This guided walking tour of Ghent begins at the Belfry and lasts two hours. The tour includes visits to the Castle of Gerald the Devil, St. Bavon's Cathedral (home of the Ghent Altarpiece), the Belfry, and the Town Hall. We will also explore St. Nicholas Church, Masons' Guild Hall (built in the sixteenth century), the medieval harbor known as "The Pier of Herbs and Grains", Gravensteen Castle of Counts, the Patershol district, Friday Market Square, and the meat and fish markets. The tour concludes in the center of Ghent.

If you're traveling from Brussels, the best way to reach Ghent is by taking the train from the central station at 8:30 am. From there, take tram number 1 toward Centrum to Kouter Square, with the stop being Korte Meer.
