Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride

At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Sossusvlei to head to the hot air balloon take-off zone. Before taking off, we'll go over some basic safety rules. Then, we'll climb into the basket and start to ascend. You'll enjoy the feeling of flying in a hot air balloon.

Bit by bit, we'll gain height and be flying above the clouds and the beauty of the Namib desert at sunrise. Over the course of an hour, we'll fly over the Namib desert and the Sossusvlei Salt Pan, admiring how the morning colors of the sun cover the red sand dunes in Namibia. We may spot some of the region's local species.

After the flight, we'll get our feet back on solid ground and enjoy a refreshing glass of champagne before finishing the activity. Finally, we'll take you back to your hotel, where we’ll arrive around 4 hours after initial pickup.
