Hop onto a surfboard and learn how to ride the waves of the Cantabrian Sea with our Gijón Surfing Lesson. You'll have an expert instructor to guide you as you gain confidence on the board and have an incredible time at this beautiful urban beach.

Gijón Surfing Lesson

At your chosen time, we'll meet on Avenida Rufo García Rendueles to start our surfing lesson here in Gijón.

Upon arrival at the surf school, we'll hand out the wetsuits and surfboards. Then we'll head to the beach for some simple technical exercises on the sand.

We'll teach you how to paddle and how to stand up on the board, along with some useful tricks for your time in the water. After the instructions, we'll put what you've learnt into practice.

Once we're in the sea, we'll wait for the perfect wave to paddle and ride it. Don’t worry if standing up on your first try is challenging; persistence is key.

After 2 hours of fun surfing in the Cantabrian Sea, we'll conclude the lesson back at the surf school.
