On our dolphin and whale watching activity in the Gulf of Taranto, you will see dolphins and sperm whales in the Ionian Sea.

Gulf of Taranto Dolphin & Whale Watching

The Ionian coast is an ideal location to see dolphins and whales in the wild. We will meet at Porto Canale in Marina di Ginosa and set sail in search of these marine animals.

During the boat trip, we will hear about legends from Taranto, known as "Taras" in ancient times, and learn about the sea's significance in Apulia. Once we are away from the coast, we will look for dolphins and sperm whales swimming in the Ionian Sea.

The experience includes watching these animals swimming and jumping beside the boat. After the trip, we will enjoy a snack with drinks on board.

This is a 2-hour boat trip returning to the port of Marina di Ginosa.
