Dali Tour Details

We will meet up at Plaça de Sant Feliu in Girona at 8:30 am and head to Figueres. This is the town where the famous surrealist artist Salvador Dalí was born. Dalí constructed his own museum over the remains of the old theatre of Figueres, where he displayed the numerous works of art he created throughout his life.

For around two hours, we will explore the Dalí Theatre-Museum, discovering the artist's most renowned works including Port Alguer, Muchacha de Figueres, La Cesta de Pan, and Galarina, among many others.

Once you have seen the artist's creations, we will proceed to the locations that marked his life. Our first stop is Cadaqués, where Dalí spent his summer holidays as a child. This charming fishing village on the stunning Costa Brava greatly influenced the artist, a fact reflected in the works he produced during his youth.

We will continue our tour at Cap de Creus. This magnificent natural park is characterized by its windswept, craggy landscapes and hidden coves with deep blue waters. This area inspired Dalí's life and work, and we will view the exterior of the home he established in the bay of Port Lligat.

Afterwards, we'll return to Cadaqués, one of the most picturesque villages on the Costa Brava. Here, we'll go on a guided tour to learn about local pirate and sailor legends, and visit the Church of Santa Maria, which houses one of the town's most cherished treasures.

Finally, we'll return to Girona, where we expect to arrive between 6 pm and 6:30 pm.
