Nilaveli Beginner's Diving

When booking, you can select from two dive depth options based on your preference. All participants will meet at 1:30 pm and be taken to the Nilaveli Diving Centre for equipment provision. A speedboat will then take you to a suitable diving location for beginners. The dive will last approximately 40 to 50 minutes, with a return to the mainland around 4:30 pm.

6-metre dive

Recommended for individuals who have never been diving before and may lack confidence. You will be accompanied by an instructor throughout the experience.

12-metre dive

This option caters to those who wish for a more extensive diving experience. You will dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres, where you will also learn to prepare and handle equipment, progressing towards becoming a certified diver.

Hotel pick up

This activity offers hotel pick up from locations including Nilaveli, Trincomalee, Uppuveli, and Kuchchaveli.
