Itaimbezinho Canyon Day Trip

We'll pick you up at the selected meeting point at the scheduled time and head to the city of Cambará do Sul to explore the largest canyon in Latin America.

Once in the Aparatos da Serra National Park, we'll admire the Itaimbezinho canyon, almost 6 kilometers (4 miles) long and 700 meters (2,300 feet) deep. This location has served as a set for various Brazilian series and movies.

In the vicinity of the gorge, we'll discuss its basaltic walls, formed over 130 million years ago through tectonic movements and eruptions, creating a rich ecosystem that features species from the Atlantic Forest and Araucaria Forest.

During this 6-kilometer (3.72-mile) journey, we'll walk along two low-difficulty trails, the Vértice and the Cotovelo, leading to lookout points with breathtaking views. Bring your camera!

After a day full of adventures, we'll conclude the Itaimbezinho Canyon excursion by returning you to the meeting point.
