The tour begins with hotel pickup at a designated time, followed by travel to the "wine train" station. On this scenic ride, enjoy beautiful landscapes of the Serra Gaúcha while partaking in a gaucho and Italian music show that celebrates local culture.

Your first stop is the Aurora Winery in Bento Gonçalves, where you will learn about wine production and enjoy a wine tasting. Next, visit the Epopeia Italiana theme park to experience historical performances about Italian migration to the region. You will then have free time at Tramontina for shopping followed by a visit to Fetina de Formaio cheese shop for cheese tasting and insights into the local cheese industry.

The final stop is Malhas G'Dom, where you will tour the weaving facilities and learn about textile production before returning to the Maria Fumaça train. The total duration of the tour is 12 hours, concluding with a drop-off at your hotel.
