Antequera Day Trip
We'll leave Granada and head west towards the nearby province of Malaga. Before arriving, we'll go past the Peña de Los Enamorados.
Our next stop will be at the Archaeological Site of the Dolmens of Antequera, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, we will learn about the prehistoric society of the Neolithic period that once inhabited these lands.
The tour will continue with a visit to Antequera's historic centre, where main monuments include the Alcazaba and the Santa María La Mayor Collegiate church. Afterward, there will be a few minutes of free time.
At the agreed time, we'll meet again to visit the Torcal de Antequera, a karst landscape characterized by unique geological formations dating back to the Jurassic period. Following the visit to El Torcal, we'll return to Granada.
