Flamenco in Sacromonte: what to expect?

The Los Tarantos caves are ideal for discovering the history of Granada's art and culture. Established in 1972, they have been a premier venue for flamenco zambra due to the quality of their performances.

Located in the Sacromonte neighborhood, this area is historically significant, being one of the first settlements for gypsy and Jewish communities in the city. Various artists, including Vitorino de Pinos, Guzán Albea, and Antonio El chispita, have performed here, contributing to its reputation.

This venue has also aided many dancers, guitarists, and singers in launching successful flamenco careers.

Gypsy Zamba at Los Tarantos

The flamenco show at Los Tarantos Caves provides a genuine experience of art that UNESCO declared as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2010.

The cuadro flamenco includes many esteemed artists who showcase their talent in each performance. Guests will also receive a drink of choice from options including wine, beer, soft drinks, or sangria.
