Our Granada Cármenes Tour offers an opportunity to explore local culture in Granada. Participants will stroll through the Albaicín neighborhood, known for its aesthetic houses and gardens, and will visit three of the cármenes.

Granada Cármenes Tour

The tour begins at 10 am on Paseo del Generalife and lasts for 2 hours. We will enter 3 Granada manors to observe their architecture and learn about their histories.

The first stop is the Carmen of Martyrs, a 19th-century manor located at the foot of the Alhambra. Participants will tour its baroque garden featuring French elements and several sculptures. The English Orchard, with swans in the pond and the beautiful Nasrid courtyard, is a highlight.

Following the first carmen, the tour proceeds to the Albaicín neighborhood to visit two additional manors. Guests will admire façades of significant buildings like the Carmen of Our Lady of Angustias and the Carmen of Three Stars, notable for Arab-influenced architecture.

The next stop is the Carmen of Victoria, recognized for its impressive use of water. The tour concludes with the Carmen of Max Moreau, where participants will learn about the Belgian painter enchanted by Granada.

After visiting the three cármenes, the tour ends at Plaza Nueva at 12 noon.
