Jerash, Aljoun Castle & Dead Sea Day Trip

Meet at the entrance of the Sulaf Luxury Hotel at 7:30 am to begin the day trip from Amman to Aljoun. The first stop is Aljoun, where we will explore the fortress built by Muslims in the 12th century. The Aljoun Castle offers panoramic views of the region.

Next, we will travel to Jerash, known as "the Pompeii of Asia" due to its extensive Roman ruins. Participants will stroll through the ancient city and visit notable monuments, including the Triumphal Arch, the Oval Forum, the Colonnaded Street, the Temple of Aphrodite, and the Theatre, which is renowned for its acoustics.

A lunch break at a local restaurant allows for a traditional lunch before proceeding to the Dead Sea. At the Dead Sea, enjoy free time to swim in the highly saline waters, which enable easy floating, and experience the natural healing properties of the local mud.

After the visit, we will return to Amman, arriving at approximately 5 pm.
