Visit the "Pompeii of Asia" on our day trip to Jerash and Aljoun Castle, including a swim in the Dead Sea.

Jerash, Aljoun Castle & Dead Sea Day Trip

We will meet at the entrance of the Sulaf Luxury Hotel at the specified time and depart from Amman for Aljoun.

At Aljoun, we will explore the fortress built by Muslims in the 12th century against crusader attacks. The walls of Aljoun Castle offer scenic views of the area.

Next, we travel to Jerash in northern Jordan, known as "the Pompeii of Asia" due to its Roman ruins. We will visit key monuments such as the Triumphal Arch, Oval Forum, Colonnaded Street, Temple of Aphrodite, and the Theatre, where excellent acoustics can still be experienced.

After exploring, you will have free time at a local restaurant for a traditional lunch.

Following lunch, we will proceed to the Dead Sea, where you will have free time to swim in its highly saline waters and experience the therapeutic mud known for its healing properties.

We will return to Amman approximately 9 to 9.5 hours after departure.
