Itinerary

Our English-speaking guide will meet you at the entrance to the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir temple in Mumbai. We will then proceed to the Bhuleshwar market. Here, you will encounter a variety of products including fruit and vegetables, imitation jewellery, religious objects, rose petals, and household goods.

Next, we will visit the Mumba Devi temple, from which the city derives its name. After learning about Mumbai’s history, we will head to Zaveri Bazaar, the largest jewellery market in the region.

Additional markets to be explored include Chor Bazaar, known for antiques and furniture; Mangaldas market, famous for its boutiques offering exquisite dresses; and Mumbai’s flower market, also known as Flower Alley, which provides a vibrant sensory experience.

The tour concludes at Crawford Market, established in 1871. This market, housed in a Gothic and Romanesque style building, is well-known for its fruit and vegetables, quality cheese, and homemade chocolate. Sample some of these products to leave the tour with a delightful taste.
