Itinerary

The tour begins near Mahim Station, leading to Dharavi, the marginalized neighborhood of Mumbai featured in the film Slumdog Millionaire. The conditions faced by the inhabitants are more challenging than depicted in the movie.

An English-speaking guide will provide insights into the history of this area, offering a broader perspective on the contrasting sides of Mumbai.

Participants will have the chance to meet residents of the slum and engage in conversations to learn about their daily lives. This experience is impactful and memorable.

After the tour, we will return to the starting point in Mumbai.
