Tour Overview

We will meet at your accommodation in Guadalajara at the designated time to commence our trip to Mazamitla.

As we reach the charming town of Mazamitla, often referred to as “Mexico's Switzerland,” you will enjoy 2.5 hours to wander through its cobbled streets, admire the distinctive architecture, and visit the stunning San Cristobal parish.

Next, we will take a break for lunch at a local establishment, allowing you to savor some of the region’s delightful dishes.

After lunch, prepare for an invigorating 2-hour hike leading to the waterfall located in the Mundo Aventura Ecotourism Park. The trail covers around 2 km (1.2 mi) and culminates at a breathtaking waterfall that towers at 30 meters (98 feet). You have the option to unwind in the peaceful natural environment or face the thrill of activities like rappelling, climbing, or zip-lining. Will you embrace this adventure?

Before we conclude our tour, we will make a stop at a cheese factory for a tasting experience of local cheeses and to gain insight into their crafting process, followed by a visit to a handicraft workshop.

Following this engaging journey, we will return to Guadalajara, with an anticipated arrival back at the pickup location roughly 8 hours after our departure.
