At the designated time, we'll meet in front of the MUSA (Museum of the Arts of the University of Guadalajara) to begin the free tour of the Colonia Americana neighbourhood. Here, we'll admire the first work by famous muralist José Clemente Orozco in the city.
Next, we'll visit the Templo Expiatorio del Santísimo Sacramento, a Neo-Gothic church. Afterwards, we'll stroll through Colonia Americana, viewing early 20th-century houses and designs by architect Luis Barragán while learning about the history behind these buildings.
We'll also explore Chapultepec Avenue, known for its nightlife and culture, serving as the entertainment center of Guadalajara with numerous bars, restaurants, and art galleries. You'll discover why it's popular among locals and tourists during this tour.
