Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Hostal Hospedarte Centro, in Guadalajara, to take the metro to the centre of Tlaquepaque. On this tour, you'll discover why this Pueblo Mágico is one of the most authentic spots of Mexican culture.

We'll stroll through the village streets, learning about its colonial past and connections to sculpting and pottery-making. The first stop will be El Parián, known as the biggest cantine in the country, where you'll experience tequila, mariachi music, and the spirit of a Mexican fiesta.

Additionally, we'll visit various galleries featuring sacred and contemporary Mexican surrealist artwork, each spot highlighting its own history and creativity.

After almost 2 hours, this free tour ends at a Mexican sweets workshop. Here, you'll learn about the elaboration process of these treats and have the opportunity for a tasting of local products from the region.
