Join us for a day trip to Guachimontones and Tequila for a unique experience in Jalisco, immersed in history, culture, and Mexican tradition!

Guachimontones + Tequila Day Trip

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Guadalajara and head to Guachimontones, arriving after a 1.5-hour drive.

At Guachimontones, the archaeological site will transport you back to pre-Columbian Mexico. We will explore the circular pyramids and learn the stories and legends behind them. Additionally, we will visit the ball games, terraces, and buildings that comprise the complex.

Next, we travel to the town of Tequila, known worldwide for its liquor. In Tequila, we'll visit a local distillery and learn about the tequila-making process, from agave planting to distillation, while enjoying exclusive tastings.

In Tequila, you'll have 2 hours of free time for lunch and to explore the handicraft stores. After lunch, we'll stroll through the picturesque streets of the town, rich in colonial charm.

Finally, we will return to Guadalajara to drop you off at your hotel, approximately 8 hours after departure.
