On this tour through the art galleries of Guadalajara, we'll explore the city's art scene with an art historian and art consultant.

Tour Highlights

We will meet at Cup Cafe, a café and studio of a local painter, where you can enjoy coffee or herbal tea and converse with the artist.

The tour includes visits to 3 galleries and 3 art studios, subject to artists' availability and current exhibitions.

After the first 2 gallery visits, we will take a short break. During this time, you can have 2 drinks to refresh yourself.

Typical locations include:

Sepia Gallery: established in 2022, this gallery features changing exhibitions of local artists and a visit to a local sculptor's studio.Tenango Cafe: a café showcasing prints and paintings by local artists.La Bodega: a studio featuring a young ceramicist and a notable local painter, along with discussions about their creative processes.Taller Casa Gato: a hidden studio with two painters representing various styles.Unnamed Studio: where two ambitious young artists work across multiple mediums.No Somos Nada: a space for seven local artists who are eager to share their experiences.La Extension: a dynamic studio with changing works and potential special events during our visit.

After 3.5 hours, our tour will conclude.
