Guadalajara & Tlaquepaque Tour

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up at your hotel to begin a panoramic tour of Guadalajara, showcasing the emblematic points of the capital of Jalisco. The first stop will be at the La Minerva roundabout, featuring a sculpture of the Roman goddess Minerva and the nearby Arcos de Guadalajara, ancient entrance gates to the city.

We will then proceed to Avenida de Chapultepec, where remnants of an ancient aqueduct can be seen, before heading to Calle Libertad, known for its traditional 19th-century architecture. The tour continues at the Expiatory Temple of the Blessed Sacrament, the most significant Gothic structure in Mexico. We will visit the historic center, including the Metropolitan Cathedral, Santos Degollado Theater, Cabañas Cultural Institute, and Plaza Liberación.

Next, we will visit Tlaquepaque, where you will have 1.5 hours of free time for lunch and exploring the cobblestone streets and colonial architecture. You may visit the 17th-century Church of San Pedro or browse handicraft stores.

Before returning to Guadalajara, a stop at a traditional sweets store is included for a taste of local delicacies. The tour will conclude with drop-off at your hotel in Guadalajara, approximately 7-8 hours after the initial pickup.
