At 9 am, we'll meet at Calle 4 in Guaduas and board a minibus to explore the sugar cane tradition in Colombia.

Our first stop will be at a scenic lake near Guaduas, where you can enjoy the views and swim if desired.

Next, we'll head to a sugar cane plantation, where you will experience the fragrance of the crops and learn about their cultivation.

During the tour, we'll observe how sugar cane is transformed into panela, a popular sweet in Latin America. You'll learn about the trapiche and its role in extracting juice from the sugar cane.

The visit will conclude with a traditional lunch featuring soup, a meat dish with rice, salad, and fiambre, wrapped in banana leaf, along with lemonade.

After lunch, we will finish the excursion at 2 pm at the starting point.
