Description
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Guanajuato to start this bike tour along the Camino Real de Tierra Adentro. Are you ready to explore the surroundings of the city?
On the bikes, we'll start pedalling to enjoy the landscapes and views of Guanajuato, crossing a variety of roads and trails. We will admire what we see while enjoying exercise in the fresh air.
On our bike tour, we'll ride through holm oak forests, crossing part of the Camino Real de Tierra Adentro or the Camino de la Plata. This trade route is on the World Heritage List and was 2560 kilometres long (1590 miles), running from Mexico City to Santa Fe in the United States.
Though originally linked to trade, this route also fostered social, cultural, and religious links between the Hispanic and Amerindian cultures.
After 3 hours of sightseeing, we'll end the tour and drop you back at your hotel.
