Description

At the indicated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Guanajuato and drive south toward La Purisima Dam, a journey that takes about one hour.

Upon arrival, we will review safety protocols and provide basic paddling instructions. Then, we will begin the kayaking experience.

Participants will kayak along La Purisima Dam, an area known for its recreational activities. During the tour, we will discuss the history of the region.

The locality of El Zangarro was once located here but was abandoned after the dam's construction in the 1950s. The temple of the Virgen de los Dolores, from that time, is still visible, and we will approach it by kayak.

After completing the kayaking, we will return to the mainland by minibus and conclude the tour at the Guanajuato Central Bus Terminal after 3 to 4 hours of activity.
