Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Guanajuato and head south towards La Purisima Dam, with a drive of about one hour.

Upon arrival, we will review safety rules and provide basic paddling instructions. Following this, we will begin our kayaking adventure.

We will sail along La Purisima Dam, a renowned recreational area in Guanajuato, while learning about its historical significance.

Previously, the locality of El Zangarro existed here, but due to the dam's construction in the 1950s, residents relocated as the area sank. The temple of the Virgen de los Dolores from that era remains visible, and we will approach it by kayak.

After our kayaking experience, we will return to the mainland, board a minibus, and conclude the tour, dropping you off at the Guanajuato Central Bus Terminal after 3 to 4 hours of activity.
