We will commence our journey at the designated time, collecting you directly from your hotel in Guanajuato. The ride to the Cuna de Tierra winery will take approximately one hour in a comfortable minibus. Prepare to uncover the intricacies behind the premium wines of the Bajio region.

The Cuna de Tierra winery spans over 30 hectares and is renowned for producing six varieties of red wine alongside one white wine. Upon arrival, a guided tour through the winery's facilities awaits, where the innovative designs of architects Ignacio Urquiza Seoane and Bernardo Quinzaños Oria come to life.

Next, we will ascend to the stunning Torre de Tierra viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the expansive vineyards and olive groves. The tour will continue through the production zone and into the underground cellar, providing insight into the winemaking process.

To conclude our visit, indulge in a tasting session featuring three carefully selected wines, expertly guided by a sommelier. This sensory experience will be complemented by an assortment of regional cheeses, cured meats, bread, and honey.
