Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Praça Luís de Camões to start this kayak tour on the Côa. We'll first go to the Canada do Inferno area, where we'll take the kayaks and receive a brief explanation about kayaking correctly and safely.

Once the theory is understood, we'll begin kayaking through the heart of the Côa Valley, part of the National Ecological Reserve. During the route, we'll enjoy the surrounding green landscapes and, if the weather conditions are favorable, we may see birds such as griffon vultures, black storks, or Egyptian vultures.

Afterwards, we'll take a brief stop on the banks of the Côa River at the Fariseu archaeological site to enjoy picnic-style appetizers of typical products. Finally, we'll conclude the tour at the starting point 5 to 6 hours after the activity begins.
