Description

At the indicated time, we will meet at Praça Luís de Camões to start this kayak tour on the Côa River. We will first go to the Canada do Inferno area, where we will take the kayaks and receive a brief explanation about how to kayak correctly and safely.

With the theory internalized, we will start kayaking through the heart of the Côa Valley, an area belonging to the National Ecological Reserve. During the route, we will enjoy the green landscapes that surround us and, if weather conditions are favorable, we may see birds such as griffon vultures, black storks, or Egyptian vultures.

Afterwards, we will make a brief stop on the banks of the Côa River, specifically in the area of the Fariseu archaeological site, to refuel with picnic-style appetizers of typical products.

Finally, we will conclude the tour at the starting point 5 to 6 hours after the activity begins.
